Happy with them. I am trading with them for 3 months now. As an institutional trader (more than 50000 US) I get better spreads. During news or low liquidity, spread increases. The only problem is that if your account is over 5000 US you can only trade standard lots. To trade mini lots your account must be less than 5000 US but in that case your spread is increased
Personal price feeding, frozen platform,bad customer support. When i have personal price feeding just for me( in that time i have 2acc., so i could see price diff. 20pips between them!!!) i ca;;ed dealing desk and they say that nothing can be done, the price i see- is the price they will execute. Just think about it 20 on 5lots=1000!!! Stay away from them.
For Vassilis, regarding trading small lots, I had asked for small lot sizes, 10K, and it was granted to me for my $12,000 account,(I have 2 accounts) but of course you have to remember that mini account spread conditions will then apply. All in all I have been happy with our relationship since I opened over a year back.
I am very happy with ACM, they have filled me as guaranteed, they may not be the tightest spreads (but very close)but once you add no slippage, guaranteed fills and very fast execution, then you realize that tighter spread rivals are left behind because they are unable to offer these trading conditions. As for freezing platform, I never as yet experienced it, my advice is to get a computer that is solely for trading and nothing else.
Hey Cindy, dissapointed to see that you do not rate this broker in your “acceptable” list. Shame simply because I went with them, some majorly big money manager friend of my Dad told me that that is who he relies on for his clients trading. I only have a mini (account)but he has helped me make over $700 profit in 6 months.
Have traded live with ACM for close on 1 year, so far I must report that the experience has been enjoyable, I truly love the platform. The fact that they just added fractional pips this week has resulted in tighter spreads for me, add that to the no slippage and things seem to be going great guns!
I wanted to tell people how ACM customer support and my account executive have given excellent service to me from begining. I lookt at other Swiss broker , but they are very impatient, most make it hard to extend the demo account. Dukascopy after first demo expired tried everyway to get me to open live account, I said I am not feel ready, they tell to me that I can have further demo after I open real account, then I find out that if I have only $500 in account, and I do not adds more, they can close my account down. Sorry, this is not service,especially since minimum to open is $50,000!
My contact in ACM, Mr. Giuliani, always is patient with me, and Mr. DeGouveia from support is the same, even after I open real account. Thanks to them, I made $182 on Friday.
So, for slow learners like me who want not preassure but quality instead, I tell you to look at ACM where you will find this service!

My money manager dude has made me more money! He says that this broker is awesome and radical, that they added fractional pips making the spread tighter which allows the profits to be bigger, and that they added new currencies as well. I am learning all this stuff with him ‘cos I’m going to give it a shot for myself soon! Now for something new I noticed, ACM have changed their banner on the top of their web pages, now it has some cool funky chill out images of world bills. I personally think that they are great, very artistic and give a definite feeling of quality and professionalism!

My reasons are based on the broker and platform awards they received at the beginning of 2009, these are independent endorsements bestowed on the broker that should be viewed with great respect.
Surprised to see that my orders were placed no probs during market news trading. Placed 100% AND executed is like 98%! Where others struggled (Dukas) to even get me in let alone executed within my conservative pre-slipped figure I entered, ACM just ran it through. Impressive.

I have been with ACM since 2003, I have watch them grow from strength to strength, so much so that they are now the undisputed FX specialists.
ACM are more or less the best broker I have come across. Very comfortable with ACM, never pushy, great execution and I hear they are in line to get bank license some time soon.
